What we are
Simple food, done properly
No white tablecloths, no eleven-word dish names. A wood oven, good flour, cold beer and the sound of the waves.
Prices for everyone
A big family, a couple, or one person with a book — everybody should be able to eat here without thinking about it. We keep the prices low on purpose and we intend to keep them that way.
Eat in or take away
Sit down with the sea in front of you, or take it away and eat it on the sand. Same oven, same price — we box the pizza the moment it comes out so it is still hot when you get to the beach.
Ninety seconds, 450 degreesNeapolitan pizza is not a slow food. The dough proves for twenty-four hours, then it spends a minute and a half against the floor of a screaming hot oven. On the sand in El Cotillo
We are on Avenida los Lagos, on the north side of the village, right where El Cotillo meets the lagoons. Walk in and grab a table, or call ahead if you are a big group.
